Over the course of 25 years of projects—in organizations, municipalities, and communities—I’ve learned one essential lesson: the best decisions are those that take into account the people who will live with them every day. Not out of idealism, but because it works. A project rooted in the reality of its stakeholders is far more likely to succeed and endure.

It is this conviction that led me to found Canari Prospective. I help organizations consult better, listen better, and make better decisions—by designing participatory processes that truly give the right people a voice, at the right time.
